Real Estate Law Prep provides digital study access for real estate law exam preparation. By purchasing access or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Digital access

Access is delivered digitally after successful payment. The current purchase provides two months of access from activation unless access is exhausted earlier by reaching the applicable study attempt limits.

No refunds

Because access is delivered immediately as a digital product, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. You acknowledge that beginning access waives any cancellation right that may otherwise apply to undelivered goods.

Chargebacks and disputes

Before purchasing, you receive clear notice of the price, access period, digital delivery, and no-refund policy. If you dispute a valid charge after access has been delivered, we may suspend or terminate your account while preserving our records of acceptance, payment, access delivery, and usage.

Exam preparation disclaimer

The service is for study support only. We do not guarantee a passing score, licensing approval, or any professional outcome.

Account rules

Accounts are for one user only. You may not share credentials, copy question banks, scrape the service, or use the content for resale or redistribution.

Administrative controls

We may lock accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, shared, disputed, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms. Expired accounts and progress may be deleted after one year of non-payment.
